Alright, we'll admit - this fuss-free Freesia is arguably more purple than true blue, but we love it all the same! A gardener's dream, the delightfully fragrant flowers gracefully sway atop sturdy, bright green stems that happily make a bold statement in the landscape.
As with all Freesias, these beauties thrive in both garden beds or containers and make phenomenally long-lasting cut flowers. Plant in the fall in zones 9 and above and enjoy as a perennial, or if you live in a colder climate, plant in the spring and use as an annual or container plant. Remarkably easy to grow when planted in full sun to light shade with moist, well-drained soil, you can expect them to grow between 18 and 24" tall. Enjoy!
