Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped with UPS due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control. 

Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout by size, weight, and the type of item you are purchasing.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship to the continental US.

In-Store Pickup

We do not offer instore pickup at this time.

Lead Times

We update our website with the estimated shipping time frames as often as possible on the product descriptions. Do to the high demand on our products and in the event of an unforeseen delay with production, the estimated lead time is subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Please note, lead times do not include shipping times.

Shipping and Exchange Policy

We hope you love your new plant as much as we do. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly make it right.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping charges may apply. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender.

Final Sale & Clearance Items 

Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.

Damaged Product

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. However, if a defect is discovered. Please contact us at cameron@shoppothos.com for assistance.
